Our Repair Guarantee

Every repair completed by MGM Appliance Repair comes with a full 90-day warranty. If the same problem returns within 90 days of the original repair, we come back and fix it at no additional cost. This applies to the parts we installed and the labor to install them.

How to make a warranty claim

Call us at (240) 367-3475 and mention that you have a warranty issue. Have your original repair receipt handy if possible. Godfrey or the dispatcher will schedule a follow-up visit, typically within 24 hours. No additional diagnostic fee applies to warranty visits.
